Hector Arredondo, MD

Dr. Arredondo grew up in the quiet, agricultural heart of Pasco, Washington- where hard work, curiosity, and connection to the land shaped his early values. He earned his undergraduate degree at Washington State University (Go Cougs!), and went on to study medicine at the American University of the Caribbean. His medical journey took him across borders and cultures before completing his clinical training in Miami and residency at Loma Linda University.

Before residency, Dr. Arredondo worked closely with individuals to help them achieve sustainable weight loss without medication—an experience that deepened his passion for lifestyle-based care. Today, that passion fuels his mission to help patients take control of their health through root-cause medicine, nutrition, movement, and mindset.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find him hiking, fishing, digging in the garden, or working on DIY projects. He’s as comfortable restoring a raised bed as he is restoring metabolic health—and he’s driven by a simple belief: when we understand how things work, we’re empowered to make them better.
